The home page explains how to start free with Valuables and Travel and later upgrade to the complete Private Archive. Choose Start free to create an account, Sign in if you already have one, or Verify proof to check a TSP proof.
Once you are signed in, Overview is where the archive starts. From here you reach Value archive for belongings, Travel for luggage and trips, My archives to create and share archives, Family for members, and Verify evidence to check a timestamp proof independently.
The top bar controls language, display currency, and light or dark mode. Each choice is saved to the account at once and follows you to every device.
Archive content is encrypted on your device before it is sent. PrivatArkiv cannot read it and does not know your archive passphrase.
Take photos and get help from AI to record your belongings. Review the suggestions before saving them in your private archive. You can also record an item without a photo.
iPhone and iPad: Open the page in Safari. Tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. Keep Open as Web App enabled if shown. The icon opens MyPrivateArc.
Android: Open the page in Chrome and use Install MyPrivateArc. If no installation prompt appears, open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. The app needs a connection for sign-in and saving.
