What this page is

The page says which PrivatArkiv instance you are on, and how it actually stands right now.

The list at the top is not a description. It is the result of a check that runs as you open the page. The page is open to everyone and needs no sign-in.

This instance

This is the local PrivatArkiv instance. It runs on local IIS against a local SQL Server, on one machine.

It is not a shared or production service, and it has no public address.

How status is confirmed

The list at the top is checked as you open the page. Beyond that, every delivery is confirmed in a gate of its own: build and tests in Release, migration and seed against a clean database, publishing, and a smoke test of the affected pages in both languages.

No delivery counts as finished on the strength of older evidence or expected status.

The parts that matter

Site and app answer if you can read this page. The database holds account, content and proof data; if it is down, nothing works.

Content in both languages checks that the words exist in Norwegian and English. Email shows whether sending is switched on and a key exists. The key itself is never read into this report.

Timestamping shows which provider signs proofs. If it says Test provider, proofs are signed by a local test authority. The proof still binds a hash and a time, but it is not anchored with a recognised timestamping authority, and that has to be in place before proofs are used beyond this machine.

When something is off

If email is not operational, you cannot confirm a new account or set a new password. Your archive is unaffected, and you can still sign in and work.

If timestamping is unavailable, content stays not sealed. It is never shown as sealed, and you can seal later without losing anything.

If the database is unavailable, nothing works, and what you unlocked locally stays on your device until you lock the archive.

What the page is not

The check runs when you open the page. It shows the state at that moment, not a history.

The page keeps no log of earlier events and promises no uptime. It does not replace an operating agreement.
