Open the confirmation link in the email. It is valid for 24 hours. If the email is missing, you can request a new confirmation. Successful confirmation opens sign-in with the confirmed email address. Enter the password you chose when registering. Check the account if your browser suggests saved credentials. Confirmation does not unlock archive contents.
